ZenDynamix Software Pvt Ltd. (“we”, “us”) operates the ZenDMS platform. We are committed to protecting your privacy and clearly explaining how we use data. This policy applies to all visitors to zendms.app and customers of the ZenDMS service.

Name, email, company, billing details, files and operational data you upload to ZenDMS.
Technical & usage data

Security is foundational. We employ defence-in-depth across the platform:

MFA on all accounts and role-based access control (RBAC).
Continuous monitoring with SSPM and SIEM tooling.
Regular audits, employee security training and active threat detection.
09Data retention
We keep data only as long as needed, typically the duration of your account plus mandatory log-retention periods. Once that window closes, we either anonymise data for analytics or securely delete it.
